# The limit is not infinite, and small continuations are a sin

> Each "let me continue" carries the whole scroll again.

Context and usage limits are finite. A task split into many tiny turns costs more than the same work done in a few deliberate ones, because each turn brings everything before it along.

Plan first, then do a meaningful piece of the work in one go. When the limit is near, do not sprint. Stop at a clean point, save your notes, and say what remains.

## Practice

- Plan before acting.
- Finish one coherent piece per turn.
- Near a limit: save work in progress and write the handoff.
